About Stephen Pugh

Scouting Home Page

Stephen started in Cub Scouts in 1994, earning Wolf, Bear, Weblos and the Arrow of Light.  While a Cub, he also earned the Parvulli Dei Religious awards.  With the rest of his Weblos Den, Stephen became a founding member in a new Boy Scout Troop.  These Scouts became the first to earn the Paul Bunyan award and were also the first to be elected to the Order of the Arrow from the Troop.  Stephen also became the first in his troop to earn the ranks  Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, and Life.  Together, Stephen and his brother Chris became the first in their Troop to become Brotherhood.  In addition to having earned the NRA Distinguished Expert rating, Stephen is the co-chair for the Seminole Lodge 85 Web Committee.

Stephen was a member of the Junior National Honor Society 2001 and is also an honor student at Land O Lakes HS.  He played trumpet in both the Land O Lakes HS Jazz Band (2002 and 2003)and the Land O Lakes HS Marching band (2002).  Stephen works very hard on academics and became a member of the German National Honor Society in 2004.  Stephen is a student pilot as his career plan is to become a pilot.
