| Bars 1-4 | 1st and 3rd couples dance a half figure of eight round 2nd couple. (1st couple cross down, 3rd couple cast up to begin.) |
| Bars 5-8 | 2nd and 4th couple dance a half figure of eight round 3rd couple.
(2nd couple cross down, 4th couple cast up to begin.) Finish 1, 2, 3, 4 on opposite sides. |
| Bars 9-12 | 1st couple with 2nd couple and 3rd couple with 4th couple dance right hands across once round. |
| Bars 13-16 | 2nd and 3rd couples dance left hands across once round. Finish 2nd couple facing men’s side and 3rd couple facing women’s side. (Still 1, 2, 3, 4 opposite sides.) |
| Bars 17-20 | 2nd woman followed by 2nd man dance out and up behind 1st woman
and cross to own side. 1st couple step down on bars 19 & 20. WHILE 3rd man followed by 3rd woman dance out and down behind 4th man and cross to own side. 4th couple step up on bars 19 & 20. Finish 2, 1, 4, 3 (2 & 3 on own sides, 1 & 4 still on opposite sides.) |
| Bars 21-24 | 1st and 4th couples dance half rights and lefts. No polite turns. On bar 24, end facing up and down set in same direction as traveled having just changed by left hands, ready for… |
| Bars 25-32 | All dance reels of four on own sides. The finishing order is 2, 4, 1, 3. |
