If you have come to this site, it means that you are between the ages of 14 and 19 and that you have been diagnosed with scoliosis. It also means that you are willing to help in this research project that could help others with scoliosis.
I emailed you through NSF's private message program, and, unless you posted your email address there, I do not know your address. This information will be kept confidential.
As the letter I sent to you mentioned, my study is about scoliosis and body image. I am interested in how you, as someone with scoliosis, feel about your body. The two questionnaires here will give some statements and all you need to do is decide how much they seem to fit you.
Before you get started, if you are under age 18, please have your parents look over the consent form. It will ask for your parents to "sign" the form, or type their name. If you are 18 or 19, you may sign your own consent form.
