2. The informed consent and questionnaire pages are NOT secure servers. I was unable to get this accomplished on my own. The results, after you push the submit button, will be shown on a white page that will not link back to the website. Your answers, after submitted, are immediately sent to my email inbox, which is password protected. However, there is that millisecond where they are being sent through space. Therefore, I have decided to have all participants sign the consent forms with their first name and the first letter of their last name ONLY. This will protect your privacy.
3. The site makes the most sense when you follow the colored links in order from the home page. You can skip the introduction if you want. It is somewhat wordy, as it is the actual introduction to my dissertation proposal. On each of the pages, I have linked a "home" button which will send you to the home page. The "next" button will help you get to the page that will logically come next. You can follow the "next" buttons instead of going through the colored links, if you want.
4. The signature boxes on the consent form only work (get a cursor for typing) when you click on the top arrow on the box. There is a note on that page regarding this.
