RBA165 Substitute

This FOCUS program can serve as a substitute for the SIS batch report RBA165. One of my main gripes with RBA165 is the fact that you have to run RBA160 beforehand, which can take a long time. Also, trying to create a report using RBA165 can be tedious and difficult. The program code included is broken down into two parts. First, a report is created that lists student's name, major, college, etc. Just in case you wondering what FTE is; well, that figure is what they call the "full time equivalency", which is how colleges are often funded. A good example of "new math". :-) Next, a summary page is produced that totals up students by degree and by major within degrees. As you note, the program code includes a lot of good examples for doing sub-totals, grand totals, totaling by categories, etc. Finally, be sure to use these programs to run this procedure.
