Clearinghouse Extract

This procedure automates the task of running SIS batch job RBA349, which creates the extract file to send to the "Clearinghouse". Running RBA349 "as is" often results in the selection of many students who should not be included in the extract. For example, we do not want to send students who are taking non-credit (i.e. continuing education) courses. Fortunately, you can "feed" in a list of student ids for RBA349 to process (using FOCUS of course). This way, you can specify exactly who to send; instead of leaving it up to SCT's programmers. :-)
