Update O/P Doc Rev

This FOCUS program creates batch transactions to update the "O/P Doc Rev:" field on SIS screen 313. This is done whenever a student is awarded the Pell grant so the information will be picked up by SIS batch program SBA420. This program is used to report Pell payment data to the Department of Education, which is how an institution would be reimbursed for the awards. The FOCUS code provided is for the 1999-2000 award year. Assuming the selection criteria does not change, you should be able to use this program for any award year as long as you set the input variables accordingly.
