Update ATB Field

This FOCUS program creates batch transactions to update the ability to benefit field (ATB:) on SIS screen 325. If this code is not filled in, then PARS will not work. Just in case you don't know what PARS is, it is a component within the SIS financial aid module (you have to buy it separately) that enables you to do automated awarding. Of course as with any software, it isn't just "plug and play". There is some "tweaking" that has to be done in order to get it to work. The FOCUS code provided is for the 1999-2000 award year. Assuming the selection criteria does not change, you should be able to use this program for any award year as long as you set the input variables accordingly.
