Chad's Summary: SG-1 are captured and conscripted into the work force of an alien world [P3R-118]. With the exception of Teal'c, the members of SG-1 have no memory of being a team called SG-1. The government of the planet misleads the SGC into believing that SG-1 are lost in the ice fields on the planet. SG-1 and the other workers toil away in impoverished conditions below the surface in mines. The workers manufacture power for the people living, above the surface, in a city. The city dwellers live in luxury. The miners are under the mistaken impression  that they are helping to end an ice age overtaking their planet. After a search for SG-1 in the ice fields, General Hammond questions the government's explanation of events. Daniel Jackson raises questions about the group's true identity. General Hammond orders a covert search and rescue mission to find SG-1. Meanwhile, SG-1 begin to remember their real lives. Administrator Caulder (Laurie Murdoch) wants to exile SG-1 to the surface of the planet. Before their conscription, SG-1 realized that the government had enslaved its' own people to work in the mines. Then, SG-1 was taken hostage and their memories were altered to protect the government's secret. SG-1, with the help of Brenna (Alison Matthews), gain the upper hand on their captors. The workers realize the truth and are taken to a tropical planet. Brenna is taken to Earth for medical aid.
