Brian's Quest

About the Game

Brian's Quest is an AGI game that I programmed a couple of years ago. AGI stands for Adventure Game Interpreter, and is the system used to program many of the old Sierra adventure games, such as King's Quest, Space Quest, and Leisure Suit Larry. It is a graphical game which uses a text parser interface. This means that you have to type in commands such as "open the door," or "take the book." I programmed the entire game using a program called AGI Studio. The game is not very long, but it is 100% complete.

Plot

You are a nerdy high school student, who has to escape from the high school in order to get home to tape Star Trek reruns. You need to use your wits to figure out how to deal with teachers, janitors, and bullies.

Note: you cannot play the game as is. In order to run the game, you will need to get an AGI interpreter from somewhere else. I suggest either NAGI (which is what I use) or Sarien.

If you get stuck in the game, you can download the following
walkthrough.
