Pauli and I started off this Sunday morning by going to church.  We found an english service at a church that is about a 20 minute car ride away.  Unfortunately, there are nothing visible from the road to identify the chapel, so we ended up being late to the service.  They had a small band there, and there was a lot of music throughout the service.  I didn't actually recognize it, as it was from a song book with most of the music being written in the late 80's.

It was interesting to be there, as there were people of all ages from literally all over the world.  In some ways it reminded me of my finnish class.

After church, Pauli and I headed to Hyvink once again.  After eating with his parents again, Pauli, Esko and Antti loaded up their canoe project and moved it to another location to be stored for the winter.  While they did that, I read for awhile and then Marru came and picked me up.  She brought her dog, Goofy, and another friend with a dog.  The five of us went to a cafe in downtown Hyvink and took a table outside.  We had a lot of fun just chatting away.

At 5:00 Pauli and I headed back to Helsinki.  We went straight to campus because there we had our first dancing lesson.  It was quite entertaining, especially since it's all taught in finnish.  Luckily, Pauli, Katri, and Juha all served as translators for me.  I learned a couple of steps and also that next week I should wear a short-sleeved shirt.  We had a good time.
The top picture is of Esa and Irma's house (Pauli's parents).  The next is Esko and Antii; then Goofy with Marru; and Esko holding Goofy.
