ROOKGAARD STRATEGY
When secura come out i made a character and got off the island in eight hours.(it took so long because the population was low and there was very slow respawn)

  1) Take your club and go to any rat cave and get to level two. I prefer the cave by Al Dee's
  2) Take your rat gold and buy a shovel,and a few torches.
  3) Walk to a troll area,out of town, and look in dead trolls for a rope,a wooden shield,and any other equiptment to upgrade.dont fight anything.
  4) Walk to the orc cave and look for studded shield,studded armor,axe,and any other equiptment to upgrade,dont fight anything.
  5) Go down to the single mino spawn area,if there is people waiting for a mino there,wait for the mino,while they are killing the mino you can look in dead minos or boxes,for mace,lether legs,iron helm,and any other equiptment to upgrade.
  6)  Now you can go to the bug hole,or go back to the rat caves and level up fairly fast,try to level up three or four levels.
(this is good enough euiptment to get off of rookgaard if you want,but if you want better items keep reading)


  7)  After you have gained a few levels, if you are really good at out running monsters,and you have a rope,you can check the skelleton caves for legion helmet,sword,hachet,mace (or what ever weapon you prefer to fight with)
  8) If you see a group of people go into mino hell,and you are good at out running monsters,  you can follow them in and look for chain armor, plate shield,sword,ect

 
GETTING THE BEST EQUIPTMENT
It may take several days to get the best equiptment,the best places to get the katana and copper shield are from thier spawn locations,but as of now we will talk about getting them through killing monsters.

  Minos drop plate shields,and chain armor,(and amulets)
  Rot worms drop katanas,copper shields,viking helmets.
  Orc spearmen drop studded legs.
  Skeletons drop legion helmets (legion helms are lighter then viking helms)
  Trolls drop amulets.
What is the most powerful weapon on Rookgaard?
The Mighty Box
If you will be spending a lot of time on Rookgaard,you must become an expert on the use of boxes.
  Boxes might allow you to hunt minos and rot worms by yourself,all day long, to get the items you want.
  Spending your time in the single mino spawn area,or the rot worm room, hunting with others is a waste of time.
  If you fall in to a PK trap,boxes might be the only thing that can save you.
  You should carry two or three boxes with you at all times,when your capacity allows you to do so.
  The following ideas require boxes and spears,you may have to walk through a poison field.
Dont get trapped.
The only person i trust to pass me the boxes is me,think about it
