A blue and silver blur was making it's way towards the old Judgment League Avengers mansion. This blur is Mercury, and today, he is something for the first time, that something is late....late for the YJLA-Next meeting that was called by Snapper Jones.

"Almosttherealmostthere," says Mercury, his words cannot be understood by anyone around for at times like this, his brain's actions are as fast, if not faster than that of his body. As he approached the doors of the Mansion he put on the breaks which caused him to skid..one thing stood in front of him that could stop him from skidding and that was the door, quickly thinking Mercury grabbed the knob pulled open the door, and fell in. "Who ever thought the laws of physics work on me?" He slowly pulled himself to his feet, grabbed the door and slammed it shut. If there were others to hear the slam they would have responded.

Mercury scratches his head, and responds, "I guess no ones home." He then thinks for a second. "That's it!! They're in the war-room!!" Mercury started a jog, but to a human this wouldn't be a jog, it would be a superhuman run. As Mercury makes his way into the war-room he sees the Snapper Jones as the last YJLAvenger who travels down the steps into the subbasement. He walks slowly towards the door and waits for Snapper to get down, even with the high-tech wheelchair, it still takes him a while. Mercury charges down the steps in super speeded fashion, but there's a problem ... his foot got caught on one of the steps, and that sends him piloting halfway across the subbasement where he hits an object that appeared to be a metallic door, but it was rounded. As Mercury bounced off.....the door opened. The YJLAers gasp, "Surprise?!"

"No, it's not you Mercury even though you're late," Snapper Jones looks stunned as he sees the figure that was in the case, "that's the Red Vision, he was on the Judgment League Avengers, maybe, with his help, we get through our mission as planned with no problems."

Spider-Boy walks over to Mercury, and pulls him up to his feet. "Hey, next time, watch the second step, they said it was a dozy." He began to laugh, Mercury tried to hold back the laughter but he submitted to the joke.

Sparrow walks over to Snapper Jones, "Snapp, do you know how to get this guy started?"

"Not exactly, but I'm going to try everything possible. I still don't understand why the JLA locked him in here," Snapper Jones hovered closer to the Red Visions body.

"We're still trying to help me get home right?" Bouncing Ball began to worry as the attention has been averted.

"Hey, hey big guy," Kitty Sandsmark a.k.a. Wonder Cat interjects into the Bouncing Ball's state of worry, "we just have to see if the Red Vision could help us take you back."

Sparrow snaps her gum in her mouth creating on of the most annoying sounds, "Maybe they locked him up because of that T. Ultron Morrow guy that always came after him? Because he was his, 'creator.'"

"That's it!!" screamed Snapper, "I figured out what's wrong with him, he was simply shut off. I met him before, and he was a very good leaguer, but he had emotions." He began to think, "Spider-Boy can you take his body out of there?"

Spider-Boy grabbed the body of Red Vision and began to pull him out, he let out a grunt, "He was probably put down here because the JLA had a weight limit," each word was forced through he finally placed him down, "there you go."

"I might know how to get him started, I did it when he was sent to get repaired by the JLX, so, I should be able to do it now," she made herself intangible and attempted to place her hand through the head of Red Vision then she noticed something her arm was being held. she looked down and saw that it was Red Vision holding her arm, "How are you doing that?"

"Tell me, where's Wanda!!!" This was exactly what Snapper Jones was talking about, the emotions of the android.

"Hey!! Vizh, calm down. We don't know where Wanda is, but we do need your help, just in case someone tries to stop us from helping the Bouncing Ball get home to his time." At that moment Red Vision calmed down, and placed down Wonder Cat.

"So, you were talking about finding a time square?" Asks Spider-Boy who was holding it up in the air.

"Time Square? Bouncing Ball getting back home? What is everyone talking about? I come in late, and you act as if, I'm not deserving to know what's happening."

Spider-Boy tosses War-Monarch's time square to Snapper, "So when are we going to get started on this?"

"Before we start anything, I'm want to know, when I first asked 'If you had a time square' I received no answer, why was this?"

Snapper catches the time square as he pushes some buttons a hole opens up and he places the time square with in the hole. A light shone on the far wall opening up a Zoom Tube, Snapper's wheel chair wasn't the run of the mill one, parts of it actually came from the future. "Come on everyone, we have to get into it before it closes."

The YJLAers and the Red Vision make their way into the Zoom Tube as it closes behind them. They were in another place, this was called Cold Space. "I recognize this place...this is....HEY!!!.....what's happening?!?" Mercury noticed that he began to disappear.

100 years later on the surface of the moon:.
"Where am I?" asks Mercury as he looks around, "Spidey? Sparrow?" He turns his head as he sees someone familiar to him, "You!!!" Mercury ran towards the cell of the person he recognized, as he hit it the cell opened because Mercury disrupted it. The man walked out.

"Well, if it isn't young Pietro Allen...My Great Great Great Great Grandson," Mercury's blood began to boil in his veins.

"You are not Blaze Allen, you never were and never will be! All you are Kang is a nut who wanted to be someone else!!"

"I think you are going to need some discipline, Petey boy." Professor Kang charges toward Mercury and sends him a punch that causes him to fly into the air and quickly hit the ground. "Well the reunion was nice, but I have to go." Kang pushed a button on his wrist and he disappeared.

Back to the year 1999:.
The location is the Belle Reve Vault, inside of a cell the man known as T. O. Day his real name was Thomas Dayspring, some called him a tinkerer, others called him a madman, but he called himself, a genius. He came up with the perfect plan of helping Ra's A-Pocalypse, but his planned never got piloted because of a stupid speedster named Mercury* (*In Mercury #3--Time Spanning Cable*). Now he was placed in a cell of a "superhuman prison," throughout the nights he heard maniacs screaming, attempting to use their powers even though they were held in check, but they didn't know of any of his powers so he was just contained.

A flash of light appeared before him, and a voice came from the light, "Well, well, I heard of you before, Mr. Day is it?" The form stepped from the light, "I am Professor Kang, and I have a proposition for you."

"What is this proposition that you have set forth?"

"I feel that, the world is changing, and with your help, I believe we can take over it together!"

T. O. Day nodded his head in agreement, at this moment a Guardsman walked pass the cell, "What the hell who's that and how'd he get in there." Before he got a chance to call for help, the two were gone.
