| **There must be at LEAST 2 people ready to go within the first 5 minutes of class to hold the session. |
| All classes will begin gradually to warm-up, ensuring muscle efficiency and safety. Concluding with a cool-down & stretching, which is essential to muscle balance and reduces injury risks. |

| THIS IS FROM DRILL SERGEANT - MELISSA ! You run, you climb, you lift and sweat... A tougher workout you've never met! Sometimes it's torture, sometime you're sore... For some reason you always come back for more! "Come to Basic Training," you tell your friends. "Where it seems like the workout NEVER ENDS?" Lunges, Squats, and Upright rows... And an obstacle course to keep you on your toes. The weekend [get-together's] are almost here... Take class so you have an excuse to drink beer! You'll hurt, you'll stink, you'll mess up your hair... It's at 12:10, be there or be square ! |
