Discipline Plan
1.  No talking when the teacher is talking.
2.  Use class time wisely or lose it.
3.  Follow the 3 R's:
        * Respect for Self
        * Respect for Others
        * Responsibility for all of your actions

Rewards
1.  Praise, positive notes
2.  Raise a grade coupons
3.  Homework pass
4.  Ticket to Student of the Week drawing
Severe Misbehavior will result in an automatic referral to the Principal.

Class Rules
To promote a positive learning environment for all my students, I have posted the following rules:

Consequences
1.  Warning (we are human, afterall!)

2.  Citizenship lowered to a 'C', and behavior essay
      is assigned (stay in for recess).

3.  Citizenship lowered to a 'D', behavior essay
     assigned, after-school detention, and parents
     called.  (Parent will be responsible for
     transportation.)

4.  Citizenship is lowered 'F', sent to Principal, and
     parents called.
It is important to remember that 6th graders are children verging on the edge of adolscence!  To me, this signals that they know how they should behave in class and at school, but sometimes do not always choose the appropriate behavior or response.  To ensure the continuity of my instruction, the following are the steps
of consequences (per week) they shall encounter:
