Early Bird- Any contestants who has all fees paid by July 10, 2004 and competes in all categories.

Baby Miss Dream Queen 0-12 months * Petite Miss Dream Queen 7-9 years old * Wee Miss Dream Queen 13-23 months * Young Miss Dream Queen 10-12 years old * Toddler Miss Dream Queen 2 years old * Junior Miss Dream Queen 13-15 years old * Mini Miss Dream Queen 3-4 years old * Miss Dream Queen 16-19 years old * Little Miss Dream Queen 5-6 years old * Ms. Dream Queen 20 and over (Single or Married)
*Age day of Pageant Determines age group or you may move up.
COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Beauty (Mandatory) $125.00 -- Short pageant dress, white socks and shoes for ages 0-9 yrs old. Formal wear for 10-20+ years.
Swimwear(optional) $25.00 -- Swimsuit of your choice. (NO Cover-ups on stage) Straight pageant modeling.
Westernwear (optional) $25.00-- Westernwear outfit of your choice, upbeat music provided.
Portfolio (optional) $25.00 -- At least four photos in a album of your choice.
Photogenic (optional) $25.00-- additional photos are $10.00 each. Color or Black & White.
Most Beautiful (optional) $25.00-- Judged only on facial beauty during collective lineup.
Prettiest Hair,Eyes,Smile & Dress (optional) $25.00--For all Four or pick your favorite for $10.00 each.
Mini Overalls $15.00 each or all Five for $50.00--Overall Beauty, Portfolio, Photogenic, Swimwear, and Westernwear. One in 0-4 yrs old and One in 5-20+ Early Bird------Any contestant who has all fees paid by July 10, 2004 and enters ALL Competitions (Beauty plus All optionals) may enter mini overall for free (A $50.00 value)
Grand Supreme Package $250.00
There will be Two Grand Supremes. One in 0-4 and one in 5-20+, who will receive a beautiful crown, An official S.C. Dream Queen Wrap around Sash, A dozen Red Roses, and $1,000.00 Savings Bond. You must enter required competition categories (Beauty, Swimwear, Westernwear, Photogenic and portfolio) in order to be eligible for Grand Supreme. Your two lowest score from Swimwear, Westernwear, Photogenic and Portfolio will be dropped when figuring total score for Grand Supreme. Hair, Eyes, Smile,Dress and Most Beautiful scores will not be included when figuring for Grand Supreme. However, these optionals are Fun, Exciting and are included in the Grand Supreme package. The Grand Supreme package cannot be combined with any other discounts. Must have 25 competing or Savings Bond will be $300.00.
Rules/Awards
Beauty--Winners will receive a Beautiful Crown, An Official S.C. Dream Queen 2004 wrap around sash, Directors gift and $200.00 Savings bond. 1st to 3rd alternates will receive a Round Crown and Sash. Anyone not placing will receive a Designer trophy.
Swimwear--Winners will receive a Nice Directors gift.
Westernwear--Winners will receive a Special Unique Directors gift.
Photogenic--Winners will receive a Designer Trophy or a Nice Plaque.
Portfolio--Winners will receive a Designer Trophy and a Sash.
Most Beautiful--Winners will receive a Designer Trophy
Best Hair,Eyes,Smile and Dress--Winners will receive a Crown pin and a Sash.
Mini Overalls--Winners will receive a plaque or a Designer Trophy or a Monogrammed awards

Most over 300 Signatures----Round Crown, Crown Pillow, 4Ft Trophy, Wrap around Dream Queen sash, will be Crowned S.C. Dream Queen Princess 2004 and $100.00 Savings Bond
Registration

All Photos and Portfolios must be turned in by 1:00PM
Checks---Any Check not honored by your bank will be accessed to a $35.00 service charge.
Birth Certificates and Social Security numbers are required for winners

Ages 12 yrs and up $10.00 each
6-11 yrs old $5.00
Doors open at 12:30PM
The goal of this S.C. Dream Queen State pageant is to bring Elegance and Prestige back to pageants. I would like to Encourage the Parents and Audience to dress in an Up-scale manner as this will be an Exciting event for everyone involved. Come Live and Feel the Excitement!!!! No coaching of contestants during competition. This is VERY distracting to the judges and audience. One Chaperone will be admitted with contestant. Only one Chaperone will be allowed in dressing rooms with contestant. Every one must come to registration table Before setting up in dressing rooms.
Early Bird Entry Fees must be received by deadline in order to receive free entry into Mini-Overalls, However, you may register up until the day of Pageant if you have called in advance, Director has received your application by deadline and you have already paid a $125.00 non-refundable deposit by deadline; July 10, 2004. Balance must be paid at registration in cash. NO checks will be accepted at the door!!!!
