| Rolling A Joint |

| Do you like to smoke joints but dont know how to roll properly? have no fear!! Here is a simple guide to rolling your very own joint. Don't worry if you mess it up the first few times. It takes lots of practice but soon you will be an expert rolling machine!! |
| Equipment Needed... |
| Zig-Zag papers (or equivalent) Thin card for roach (on skin packet) Tobacco Dope or grass, whichever you use A flat surface to work on |

| Place the paper on the flat surface with the gumed surface facing you. |
 |
| Cut your roach into a small rectangle (whatever size you wish the roach to be). Roll it into a cylinder and place in the left of the paper. |

| Burn some of the dope and crumble it between your fingers so it sprinkles into the paper. Use as much or little as you want (I like alot) |

| Take a cigarette and twist it in your fingers so some tobacco falls onto of the dope. Sprinkle with your fingers if its rolling tobacco. The more you use the fatter it will be but harder to roll. |
