| 30 November 2002 11:58 pm Saturday God that Wizards-Sixers game that I've been looking foward to for 2 months was painful. Outstanding game up to the very last second, but it was in that last second the pain started! We were down by 1 (after some miraculous plays in the last minute or 2 that put us w/i winning reaches and gave us possession) with 5 seconds to go. They get the ball to Jordan, but he doesn't shoot, and the buzzer rings and we lose by 1. 95-94. Oh the pain, the PAIN! In any case, it truly was an exciting game. Stackhouse was great, our leading scorer. Our rookie Juan Dixon was pretty damn good! Put 10 more pounds of muscle on him and he's going to be a huge force. I'm glad they kept him on the court (even though Lue shoulda been to defend against Iverson.) Speaking of which, Iverson was simply outstanding. He was the Sixers' leading scorer, caused some Wizards turnovers, and looked DAMN good doing it all. And I don't mean just attractive good (though he's easily the best looking player in the NBA), I mean graceful, powerful, lithe, and downright athletically sexy. Despite that and my drooling, I still stand by Eric Snow as my favorite player. He has the perfect build (I'd kill to have him in bed lol!), excellent skills, and gets the job done. Mmm mmm good. All I need is a man who's hot, funny, rich, and likes basketball... Lol that and about a million other things, but those are the top for now. Hehe! I went to Tysons today to get some shopping done for Xmas. Crowded mall, and only decent sales, but whatever. I actually only got myself a pair of pants, but I was keeping my eyes open for stuff for other people, I swear! All I need is the funds to start purchasing those gifts. If you want something, let me know, or else you're gonna get stuck with a BOOK! Lol. I was also keeping my eyes open for stuff I would want, and so I updated my wishlist. The days are numbered, folks! |
