| 4 October 2002 2:29 pm Friday I went to the doctors yesterday to get the annual check up. I got the results of my blood test, too, and I had a wonderful surprise. Given some of my eating habits, I figured that my cholestorol is on the high side because I enjoy rich foods... but she told me that all my levels are excellent! Like 40 points below the suggested limit. On top of that, blood pressure is perfect, my pulse rate is healthy. No signs of disease or asthma. I pretty much got a clean bill of health! YAY ME! I'm heading back up to Ithaca in a few hours. I am glad I checked the weather because there's going to be a 20 degree difference! I knew it was going to be cooler and all, but by that much? The funny thing is that I'm still not sure if I'd rather be there than here right now. Oh well, I get the best of both worlds by visiting. Apple Festival, here I come! And the marketing projects? One is done, although instead of typing up the last page right now, I'm updating this. The other is outlined, ready to write for Sunday night. I am GOING to get an A on it... I've worked far too hard for anythign less. |
