     John learned many things along the way but one major thing he realized was the handicap that a manager or owner must endure. John's career lead him into a managing partner for a franchised restaurant where he spent twelve years making money for a company where his income was primarily based on bonuses. He soon realized he could apply his expertise to assist other businesses and individuals to enhance the welfare of his community. Julie spent her 20 year career in business administration. Again, helping other people make money and facing limited growth while working for someone else. She too, noticed the dysfunctions of the business industry and she and John talked in length about it over the years till they decided to do something about it.
