Overview: Use a Webquest with an activity to sum up a unit on Latin America.
Objective: Use computer skills to gain further knowledge of their topic. Students will work with groups to research and present information on their specific country. Students will be able to present knowledge gained.
Activities and Procedures: Begin class with an overview of Latin America unit that we have been discussing. Put students into groups for their Webquest. Each student will play a role in the researching, design and presentation.
Closure: Discuss with the class the importance of learning about other countries and cultures to understand the world around us.
