Threshold Catacombs

"While exploring the tunnels beneath Threshold, heroes discover a stepped pyramid built by Nithian, one of the oldest and greatest civilzation in Mystara. (Nithians occupied Karameikos long before the native Traladaran peoples.) Little evidence of this great culture remains."

In spite of what is implied above, the Traladarans are actually descended from the Nithans who colonized the area. This, then, becomes one of the first settled sites of the Nithian/Traldar.
