BCT Day 23

August 16th, 2002

The land navigation course was cool. I plotted points on a map with protractor, found the azimuth, and followed the azimuth with a compass. I love that stuff. Plus we were all alone in the woods in groups of 5. It's the longest we've ever been away from a drill sergeant during daytime. We saw deer, big spiders, purple flowers, and lots of other things.

Tomorrow we have our second PT test, so I'm cutting this short so I can get some much needed rest.

Where are the replies to my last few letters? Hmm? You know who you are. I know you got 慹m by now. Good night.
