Israel Military Order Concerning Marketing of Agricultural Products (Judea and Samaria) of 1983

Basis for the Marketing of Agricultural Products (Taxes)(Amendment)

Acting in accordance with the authority vested in me as the competent authority pursuant to Article 3 of the Order Concerning the Marketing of Agricultural Products (Judea and Samaria) (No. 1051) of 1983, I decide as follows:

1. In the Bases for the Marketing of Agricultural Products (Taxes) (Judea and Samaria) of 1983, the Appendix is replaced by the articles following.
2. These bases will be implemented as of 1 August 1983.
3. These bases will bear the title "Bases for the Marketing of Agricultural Products (Taxes) (Judea and Samaria) of 1983."

APPENDIX

Agricultural Product

Taxes (In Shekels) Imposed on Every Ton of Agricultural Product or the Percentage Cost on Part of One Ton

1. Grapes 700 shekels per ton

2. Peaches 700 shekels per ton
