Israel Military Order No. 1248 Amending the Law of Nurseries (Arboretum)(Amendment)
In accordance with the authority vested in me as commander of the Israeli Defense Forces in the region, and because I believe this Order is required to maintain public order and the comfort of the region's residents, I hereby order the following:
- Addition of Article 3A to the Order
1. In the Order Concerning the Law of Nurseries (Judea and Samaria) (No. 1002) of 1982, insert after Article 3:
- "Inspectors
3.
- (A)
- (a): The official has the right to appoint inspectors in order to guarantee the execution of this Order and the related laws, regulations and orders.
- (b) For the purpose of fulfilling this job the inspector has the right to enter any place, and has the same rights as a soldier, as specified in Article 80 (A) of the Order Concerning Security Instructions (Judea and Samaria) (No. 378) of 1970."

2. The implementation of this Order commences as of the date on which it is signed.

3. This Order will bear the title "Order Amending the Law of Nurseries (Arboretum) (Amendment) (Judea and Samaria) (No. 1248) of 1988."
