Israel Military Order No. 305 Concerning the Transport of Agricultural Products (Amendment No. 2)
In accordance with the authority vested in me in my capacity as commander of the region, I issue the following Order:
- Amendment to Article 1
1. In the Order Regarding the Transport of Agricultural Products (West Bank Region) (No. 47) of 1967 (hereinafter the Original Order), in Article 1 instead of "Agricultural Product", the following will be substituted-
- "Agricultural Product" -- Plant or any section thereof, including fruits, except dried fruits, and any animal, whether alive or dead, and anything whose source is a plant or animal and which does not undergo preparation.
- "Preparation" -- Includes drying, pressing, freezing, pasteurization, sterilization, melting, smoking, boiling, salting, or canning in any manner whatsoever.

- Amendment of Article 2B
2. In Section 2B of the Original Order:
- 1) In the beginning of paragraph (b) delete "for the purpose of implementing this Order" and substitute the following for Article 2:
- (2) Seizure of:
- (a) Agricultural products, containers, and their certificates, if there is a basis for believing that they are in violation of any law or any security regulation.
- (b) Goods, if there is a basis for believing that they are in violation of the Order Concerning Closed Areas (Prohibition on Transport of Goods) (West Bank) (No. 49) of 1967 or the Order Concerning Tariff Zone (West Bank) (No. 96) of 1967.

- 2) In paragraph (c), instead of "anything seized," it should state, "the seized agricultural product."
- Implementation and Continuation

- (A) The implementation of this Order will commence as of 22 September 1968.
- (B) Any permit issued in relation to agricultural products by the official in charge of implementing the Order Concerning Closed Areas (Prohibition on Transport of Goods) (West Bank) (No. 49) of 1967 and issued before the beginning of the implementation of this Order will be considered as if it has been issued in accordance with the Original Order.

4. This Order will bear the title "Order Regarding the Transport of Agricultural Products (West Bank) (Amendment No. 2) (Order No. 305) of 1969."
