Israel Military Order No. 149 Concerning the Labeling of Merchandise
Acting in accordance with the authority vested in me as commander in chief of the Israeli Defense Forces in the region, I hereby issue the following Order:
- Definitions
1. In this order:
- "The inspector"-Whoever is appointed as an inspector to guarantee the execution of the requirements of this law concerning the laws of taxes (The West Bank Region) (No. 31) for the year 5727-1967.
- Labeling the Merchandise
2. The official can order the labeling of merchandise by the owner and the latter must comply at the time and in the way the official orders.
- Keeping the Orders
3. In this order.
- Confiscation
4. The official or the taxation employees have the authority to enter any places which they have reason to think contain merchandise covered by this Order and confiscate any merchandise which does not meet the requirements of this Order.
- 5. The implementation of this Order will commence as of 5 November 1967.
- 6. This Order will bear the title, "Order Concerning the Labeling of Merchandise (The West Bank Region) (No. I49) for the Year 5728-1967."
