AREA OF JURISDICTION AND POWERS ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT) LAW, 5716—1956*

Addition of
section 2A. 1. The following section shall be added after section 2 of the Area of Jurisdiction and Powers Ordinance, 5708-1948(1);

"Vessels and
aircraft 2A. Any vessel or aircraft, wherever situated, which is registered in Israel shall, for the purpose of the jurisdiction of the courts, be deemed to be a part of the area of the State of Israel.
