All copies of CD's were tested carefully & inspected for scratches before release.

We only use branded DVD-R's & CD-R's.

We ensure you that the CD's are playable to your Vcd & Dvd players with crystal clear quality.

However if you find some CD's defective just follow first these 3 simple steps :

1. Try cleaning your player with a commercially available len's cleaner

2. Check if there are some stain or dirt in your CD, clean them by wiping them with a soft cloth

    do not use alcohol or any solution in cleaning your CD's

3. Try playing it with other Vcd or Dvd player if it would work .

If these steps still doesn't solve your problem,

we would gladly replace your defective CD within 2 weeks upon purchase,

provided that it's in good condition with no accidental scratches
