Since forming in September of 2003, SavedByhero has quickly become one of the premier acts in the Greater Denver area. With vocals and guitar from Bryce Carpenter and Adan Maldonado, bass from Puddles, and drums from Tim Gaskins, SBH is the next thing to watch out for. With over 20 original songs, SBH displays their broad talent throughout screaming solos, melodic bass lines, catchy vocals, and solid drumbeats. They lean more towards an emo flavor of music, but also expiriment with darker sounds as well as pop punk.
Soon after SBH's formation, they began constructing their first demo, which included 8 home-recorded tracks. Quickly selling the first 100 copies, SBH re-released the EP, with a professionally recorded bonus track, Cracked. Since then, SBH has recorded their new EP entitled "Swimming Is Overrated" due out this spring on smartpunk.com Also this spring one of the tracks from the new EP will be on Channel 93.3's Locals Only. SBH continues to write, pratice, and play shows. They hope their constant promotion will soon get them the attention they deserve.
