YIN YANG
Yin Yang is a dual concept of Taoist belief, one that tells of how two opposing but interdependent forces exist in all things in the world, living or non-living.
In Naruto, the yin yang symbol, taijitu, may be seen on the divination field of the Hyuga Clan. This field is consisted of the bagua (eight trigrams) surrounding the yin yang symbol. The Clan's fighting style seemed to be based on bagua zhang, literally eight trigram palm, one of the three Chinese 'internal' martial arts. The 64 strikes of jyuuken may have been based on the 64 hexagram-combination when both hands do palm changes. Contrary to the damage that may be caused by jyuuken, the bagua zhang is considered a healing art and a good excercise of the joints, muscles and internal organs.
Prior to taijitu, the most ancient symbols of yin yang are Byakko, the White Tiger of the West and Seiryuu, the Blue Dragon of East, respectively.
Yin is characterized by the following:
female, deficient, passive, dark -- descriptions that fit Hinata;
the moon, winter, the element of water and even numbers.
Hinata was born on December, a winter month in Japan and when winter solstice occur (longest nighttime).
Element of Water (This is a filler. Unless the manga says so, it is unofficial)
Team 8 - besides being an even number, 8 specifically is a minor number of yin.
Yang, on the other hand, is characterized by the following:
male, excessive, active, bright -- descriptions that fit Neji or Sasuke;
the sun, summer, the element fire and odd numbers.
Neji and Sasuke were both born on July, a summer month in Japan and when summer solstice occur (longest daytime).
 Element of Fire (plus point for Sasuke)
Sasuke:
(1) Team 7 - besides being an odd number, 7 specifically is a minor number of yang;
(2) The secret room of the Uchiha is located at the 7th tatami mat at the far right side (right is usually associated to the direction of east).
Neji:
(1) He sees 7 birds because of the blind spot (Kishimoto could have said he sees 11 instead of 12 or any other number for that matter);
(2) When he was hospitalized after the failed Sasuke retrieval, he was in room 7.
Hinata might be Yin, Sasuke might be Yang.
It has been previously said that there are minor numbers of yin yang -- 7 (young yang) and 8 (young yin).
There are major numbers as well -- 6 (old yin) and 9 (old yang).
Hinata was born on December 27 (12 27);
Sasuke was born on July (07 23).
When you add these numbers (think of them as two halves of a whole), the total is 69.
Itachi was born on June 9 (06 09). Again, similar to 69, but not patterned as that of Hinata and Sasuke.
Mathematically, 69 is a special number (and it has nothing to do with anything sexual). This number, is also very similar to the yin yang symbol - taijitu.
Maybe... just maybe, Hinata will complete Sasuke.
Uchiha and Yin Yang
The Hyuga Clan is easily associated to yin yang, whose symbol appears in the divination field.
The Uchiha Clan’s Sharingan, symbolized by the three tomoe (mitsu-domoe) is considered a triple-way yin yang.
The three tomoe represent earth (yin), heaven (yang) and humankind (third tomoe).
