"Everything that walks can be eaten."
(Chinese Saying. The subject never ever thinks about that when he is eating chinese food...)
I've always enjoyed eating.
They tell me that, when I was a kid, they'd take me to the fishing docks in San Antionio (Chile) and on the spot I'd gladly eat a plate of sea-urchins. An then, they say I'd take my father's plate and kept on eating. I truly don't remember that much, but I do like shellfish, and specially sea-urchins, and mussels, and...
...and I think I'm getting hungry now.
I do like Italian pasta a lot (one of the few plates that I really cook OK) and, of course, pizza (me and my wife prepare them real good. You taste them, you love them).
Meats! (sigh) Cow, goat, sheep, poultry, fish, pork (and shellfish). Barbecues! Ah!
Of course, salads. Good after a main course, but if they are the main course (and big enough) no problem. Fruits, ditto.
What can I say about chilean-spanish-latin cooking. It might be heavy for a lunch in a working day, but on weekends, holydays, vacation ...and specially in Winter, bring it on!
Milk food: say it loud, I'm a mammal and I'm proud: milk (plain or with whatever), cheese, yoghurt, ICECREEEEAAAAM!!!! AAAARGGGH!!! Right know I'd kill for one!
Fast Food? It's nice, for a change... but nothing special, really.
Coffe: Always. Nescafe, with milk, spresso, capuchino, grain...JAVA RULES!!
I'm not a gourmet, but I've always enjoyed eating... and I think that you are starting to get hungry now!
