I was planning to update yesterday but didn't get around to it.  Yesterday (Tuesday) was a day full of unexpected, pleasant surprises!  It was one of those days where the little things really matter and really brighten and uplift your day.

First, after I got home from swimming with Christina in the morning, I showered, did my devos, and then made breakfast and flipped on the tv and "the paper" was on!  I'm not sure when this movie was made, I think the early 90s.  Anyways, it's starring Michael Keaton and Glenn Close and I really like this movie but I had forgotten about it cuz it's been awhile since I saw it last.  Anyways, I caught the end of it which is the best part of the movie.

Then, in Poli Sci 136, I sat down with Kev and Debbie and Kevin handed me this coffee drink that he got from his work cuz he knows how much I love coffee!  It was such a fun surprise!  We got our midterms back and I seriously almost peed in my pants when I saw my grade cuz i was so SHOCKED.  (A happy shocked)  So I went home feeling very elated and relieved.

After I volunteered at First Resort, I was leaving the parking structure and I gave my ticket to the parking attendant (she's this nice lady who has a hard job...I see her every week and she always smiles at me even though I can tell she's really tired).  Anyways, she then gave me a little strawberry cheesecake snack thingy.  She just offered it to me and told me it was really good.  I was so surprised.  It was yummy too! =)

Then when I got home, I found that my CDs had come!!! HOORAY! I've been waiting for my CDs to come for awhile...I got 2 CDs practically for free cuz I had 38 music points with BMG.  So i just have to pay 6 dollars for shipping.  SO basically I got brand new CDs for 3 dollars each! Cool huh?

Then Hannah, Jessie, Sarah, and I had dinner together.  It was soooo much fun because the 4 of us hadn't hung out all together in a REALLY long time.  AND, Jessie brought me her latest fun book in the Uncommon Heroes series.  I love fun, sappy books!  I'm excited to read this one.  Thanks, Jess!

For small group, there was only 3 of us so we ended up just chatting about a plethora of stuff for 2 hours.  Yay for cute stories.  =)  It was really fun.  I like my small group.

It's the little things that count.  The unexpected, pleasant surprises that make us smile in the middle of a hectic week can add up and really brighten an otherwise gloomy day.  Not that I was having a gloomy day, but  yeah, anyways, you know what I mean. Hee hee...

Okays, I'm tired so I shall update more stuff very soon...I'm thinking of using a xanga site instead.  What do you think? =)
