Wednesday is MOMS Club Day
Most of our club activities are scheduled on Wednesday. We have business meetings, playgroups, outings, and other activities. Other events are thrown in on other days, but if it is Wednesday, there is sure to be something going on.
Business Meetings
Business meetings are held once a month from 10-12. These meetings are the members' opportunity to hear about upcoming events and projects, as well as to vote on club buisiness
Speakers
We try to schedule speakers periodically, usually on the day of the monthly business meeting. Some examples include, an expert on "stranger danger," a lawyer to discuss wills and estate planning, a nutitionist.
Mom's Night Out/Date Night
Once a month we "ditch the kids" and go out together. Sample activites include; dinner and a movie at The Off-Broadway Bar and Grill, game night at a member's home, an evening of good "chat" at the Parting Glass, and craft nights at Saratoga Beads and Creative Sparks. Date night is like Mom's Night Out, but bring the significant other along.
Community Service Projects:
International MOMS club bylaws state that each chapter must perform at least one service project that benefits local children each year. In the past we have sold Tupperware to support Penny Bear Project, and sold Discovery Toys to support the Saratoga Center for the Family. In the future we plan on doing more "hands-on" service projects.

Playgroups
