2. How I travel.

3. My butt. It won't leave me in peace. So long as I don't have enough ass for two people, then I'm pretty much OK with my curvy figure, but still. I run and I run and I run and I look back, and there it still is. The fellow swears he loves it, so that's good enough for me.

4. The ol' volunteer spirit. I still love to get involved and take action. See the
list of stuff I've done that I like if you to want to know the details.

5. A true blue obsession with shoes.  I just love 'em.

6. My hair. OK, OK, so I pay my kid a dime for every gray hair she pulls out, but my hair is still real long and real shiny.

7. My biorhythms. If I had my choice. I'd still operate Noon to Midnight. My daughter is a hyper-early bird. Gets up hours before school and has "get mom up" as the last thing on her morning "to do's." I truly do not understand it.

8. My parents. They are still married to each other, alive, and well.

9. I hate
winter. Simply hate it.

Other favorite shows include Jelly's Last Jam, Tap Dogs, Stomp, Bring In Da' Noise, Harlem Dance Theater (wow), and Second Hand.  We went to NYC for the first time two years ago and took 9 hours of class at the Broadway Dance Center. It was *so* neat. There's nothing like it in Texas.  I dance when I can, which means mostly in the garage or in elevators when I'm alone. I took a class with the TapDogs last year. Mostly, though, I'm carting my daughter around to rehearsals and competitions and the costume shop.
1. Dancing. I can't do as much of it as I used to be able to do, but I still love to participate in and watch dance.

My daughter and I have been regular ballet go-ers since she was about four. We conclude our "big girl" outings by splitting expensive desserts and drinking Shirley Temples at swanky cafes downtown.  Fave ballets are Cinderella, Dracula, and Snow Maiden.
