Sarah Slean is a young Canadian singer-songwriter from Pickering, Ontario who has been steadily growing in popularity for the last few years. A former University of Toronto student, she is also an accomplished artist and photographer. She recorded her first album Universe at the age of 19 and has since completed two other albums, one of which, Nightbugs, was produced by major record label Warner Music. She is currently working on her 4th album, due out in mid-2004. She is probably most notable for a track off of Nightbugs, a piano-heavy pop tune called Sweet Ones. She was also featured on the FOX network as the pianist in Sunrise, the fictional town where bodies started piling up in Murder in Small Town X, a Reality TV foray. |
