Princesse De Provence  day one
Princesse de provence website
We traveled by train from Paris to Lyon. Beautiful countryside, at least what I saw of it before falling fast asleep. Trains have a way of knocking me out. I had convinced Jim that taking a taxi from the train station to the boat would be smarter than trying to figure out how to walk there. We used mapquest and google earth to see how far the walk would be and because of one way streets and bridges that didnt have walk ways it was much easier to take a taxi. It was HOT and Humid so I was real glad to get to our airconditioned cabin.
This is the Princesse De Provence in Lyon

The water on the saone was so smooth This was our best sunset. We saw lightning later on in the evening.
