Follow the rules and make yourself eligible to run by announcing your candidacy before the deadline. |

around the school and choose an issue you can propose a solution to. |

Develop a "platform" and publicize it with posters, fellow students, teachers, and school administrators. |

Start
working on your campaign speech and focus on your platform. This may be
the most important part of your campaign - practice! |

Make
campaign posters with your name as the largest thing on them. Hang them
so they will stand out. |

Talk
to everyone you can and ask them to vote - make sure your friends cast
their ballots. |
