Caca: COCOA? CACKLE? Random baby-talk?.
Coph: HOP? COP? Not much of a clue.
Druhl: Sounds like DROLL, DULL, or DROOL.
Erp: Anagrams to PER or PRE. Or "erp" the expression.
Festr: Possibly an Addams family tribute. REST? FRET?
Flem: No anagrams, but maybe a misspelling of PHLEGM.
Foo: PHEW? Foo Fighters? Or perhaps just a poor FOOL?
Grit: GRIT is obvious, TRIG is an anagram.
Ichi: ICKY? ICHABOD? It's interesting...
Ighr: RIG? IGNORE? This one's a toughy.
Iky: Maybe KEY? Or possibly ICKY?
Kini: KIN? INK? Not much to go on...
Kona: Kona is a Hawaiian coffee. (Are we noticing a pattern here? Bar, cocoa...)
Mep: Possibly corresponds to ZEP. MAP? MOPE?
Mihln: MILLION? I am not quite certain...
Niah: It may be "Nyah!", the expression of dismay.
Ogr: Resembles OGRE. Possibly ROG-ue.
Ooh: Laughter or "Ooh, ah!" Both are options.
Ooze: OOZE is obvious, not much else here.
Poxi: POX? PROXY?
Quo: Maybe "status quo". QUOTE? QUOTH?
Rech: CHEER? HERE? HER? RETCH?
Rot: ROT is the most obvious, though it could be ROTE or TROT.
Slie: Anagrams to LIES. Maybe SLY? SLIDE?
Snorf: SNORT? No visible anagrams that I know of.
Swerr: All I can think of is SWEAR.
Woh: Anagrams to HOW, but I don't know. WHOA?
Yuky: YUK, YAK. Possibly YUCKY.
Zep: ZAP? ZEPPELIN? PEZ?
Zihr: No idea...
