Sao Paulo, Brazil: Most of the tourists who arrive here they do it
by businesses, work or conventions. But always
there is time for the distension. For example,
crossing the gorgeous Paulista Avenue, zone of
banks that mix old buildings with ultramodern
constructions and also it is transformed into the
place chosen by the multitudes to concentrate
itself in the festejos and the quarrels. Or the new business
area: the famous Brooklyn Paulista, where American corporations like
Microsoft, Google and more , are settled in Sao Paulo.

Sao Paolo Green Areas
Contrary to what many people think, São Paulo is not only an infinite number of buildings and very concrete. The city has countless green areas backed up by many of the city's parks.
Among the highlights is
Serra da Cantareira, which is one of the largest urban forests in the world.
A sixth of the municipality of SP is located in an Environmental Protection Area, the APA Capivari Monos, which shelters a large plot of Atlantic Forest, two indigenous villages and
a rich fauna that allows the practice of ecotourism in the largest metropolis of the country.
Sao Paolo Restaurants
There are many establishments to choose from, particularly in the Jardins district.
You'll find German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese restaurants as well as top-
quality French and Indian spots.
Don't miss the caipirinhas, the
devilish Brazilian national drink. You will understand why Brazilians can sing and dance
until the wee hours!
You should try the local cuisine and the excellent Brazilian white and red wines.
You will need to familiarize yourself with some concepts like:
* Churrascaria: barbecued meats.
* Rodizio: restaurants that serve a seemingly endless stream of dishes
(pizzas, grilled meat) preceded by a buffet of hors d'oeuvres.
Feijoada: the national dish, a stew of black beans, sausage, pork, and beef,
served with rice, shredded kale, orange slices, and manioc flour. Many restaurants serve
feijoada on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
On Paulista Avenue is located the Museum of Art of San Pablo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP),
a surprising and stripped-down construction designed by architect Lina Bo Bardi, which today is one
of the most important museums in Latin America. It is worth a visit, both for the design of the
building and for the art collection: Greco, Goya, Velázquez, Turner, Rembrandt, Cranach and, among the
Latin Americans, Torres García, Diego Rivera and Siqueiros are just some of the names.
And in front of MASP Museum, Parque Trianon Park, with its dense subtropical vegetation, offers an explosion
of nature and a filter to the incessant noise of the city that buzzes around it. Also nearby is the elegant
Oscar Freire Street, an area of luxurious international fashion stores, interspersed with cafes and local Brazilian designers.
Brazilian women and carnival:
Samba Fitness is a method created by Mayara Santos, a businesswoman and samba coach.
It consists of treading, in rhythm of malhação, steps that the muses use during the parades in the Carnival.
Samba Fitness was embraced by several muses models of the Carnival of São Paulo, such as Juju Salimeni,
Daniela Albuquerque and Cacau Collucci.
The SP samba school League is accompanied by a classroom of Francine with Mayara and the result can be seen in the brazilian carnival tv shows.
