Our Personalized Santa Letters
For each child in the same household, please make sure to send sibling orders in at the same time to insure unique style and design of letters. You may send your childs letter directly to us along with the personal information you wish to be used to personalize the return letter from Santa.
Your order must be prepaid before the order can be processed.
For the very moderate price of $3.00 each, your loved one will be able to receive a very special holiday printed letter with hand written signature, or for $7.00 you can have your child receive a personalized hand written letter from Santa, personalized from the information you supply on the order form.
Do to the large volume of mail during the holidays we recommend placing your order at least three weeks before Christmas to ensure your child receives their in time for the holidays.
All letters will begin to be mailed on or about November 26th and postal runs will continue everyday up through Christmas. All letters are sent First Class mail via the United States Postal Service to the mail center in Alaska to be stamped with the Christmas post mark and then mailed to you. Unless you prefer for us to direct mail to your home. If you order during December, your letter from Santa will be mailed as soon as possible usually by the next buisness day. Every year we have a few letters that are lost in the mail so if your personalized letter doesn't arrive at least a week before Christmas, email us and we will send out another letter right away at no charge. If the letter still has not arrived we can certainly email you the letter to be printed on Christmas stationary so your child will have their letter by Christmas. Please understand that no refunds will be giving for lost letters or letters not arriving on time do to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure your letter arrives before Christmas.
We have received a number of emergency orders last year and we can accommodate in the same manner as to email you the letter to be printed on Christmas stationary so your loved one will have their letter by Christmas. Only printed letters with a hand written signature font be created for this process.
We have received some military orders for personal letters from Santa to loved ones. Due to the mail system they may not arrive by Christmas, but they do make a nice way to say "I'm thinking about you!". If you would like us to send military Santa letters please let us know.
