Sensei Jaco Kriel

Sensei Jaco was born on 13 May 1972. He is married with one child. Jaco only started Kick boxing in July 1998 after a friend suggested that they should start doing something requiring some physical activity that would improve their quality of life. At that stage he was only looking for something that will help me in self defense and to keep him fit. 

Sansei has however become a way of life for him and it also helped him to develop his mind and the way he thought. It has encourage him to achieve all he can has taught him more about himself. He accept that that he still have a lot to learn, but his only regret is that he started so late.
