base offshore platform - comprises base with ballast tanks, base
plate, anchoring piles and swing doors. Priority the invention of
03.29.1993. The range of application of the invention - hydraulic
engineering buildings, foundations, foundations, and is particular
installation of marine stationary gantries on bottom, mining of a
design solution of a gantry. Gravity base offshore platform -
comprises base with ballast tanks, base plate, anchoring piles and
swing doors. The platform has a base with ballast tanks, base
plate (1), anchoring piles (2) and swing doors (4), which is
horizontal position are flush with the plate (1). One side of each
door (4) is hinged to underside of the plate (1) and the opposite

ADVANTAGE - Accurate setting without damage to sea bottom and
reliable anchoring of the base plate (1) which has a long service
life. The purpose of the invention - heightening of fidelity of
downing of a marine stationary gantry on seabed by means of
creation of a stationary offshore platform supplying independent
regulation of braking of a gantry simultaneous with å ╦ with
submergence, sealing and leveling lay also of continental ground,
reliable attachment of a gantry to ocean floor by anchor piles,
heightening of hardness, cracking resistance both longevity of a
bed plate and gantry. Substance of the invention - in creation of
a stationary offshore platform and on this base mining of mounting
condition of a marine stationary gantry enabling to increase
fidelity of installation on seabed by means of independent
regulation of the approach of a gantry at the expense of
extinguishing of energy by structural members of a gantry. The
mounting condition marine permanently gantries includes leveling
ocean floor in a place of arranging of a gantry; Simultaneously
with submergence of a gantry braking a gantry by rotary desks
installed on the back end of a gantry is carried out deflecting
them step-by-step on an angle 0-90 to å ╦ to the back end, and at
a contact moderate from 90 up to 0 grades; anchoring of a gantry
by anchor piles to ocean floor. The marine stationary gantry
includes braker desks adnate by edge to the back end and
flush-mounted with the back end of a bed plate, the deflection of
desks is carried out a hydraulic advancing cylinder, joint with
the hydroabsorber, the bed plate has cantilevered lugs with
vertical openings, in which one flush with the back end the piles
with hydraulic jacks or percussive systems are established.
Novelty of the invention in applying rotary desks for braking a
gantry at the approach to a place of embedding this oil platform.
