As you should know (if you are also a Singaporean), that rebonding is 'in' now. It's the hair every girl or woman wants. Smooth, silky, straight and shiny FannWong-style (or Sharon Au) hair. Well if you are intending to get your hair done, I just wanna remind you that black or dark brown goes best with ironed-flat hair. It brings out the shine. Coloured hair looks drier. But of course, if you love to add abit o' zest, highlight any colour you wish to. But you can't do it straight after rebonding. Will have to wait for 'bout a month. Best if you contact and ask your HairStylist first. Prices normally starts at approx S$150-S$200 for short/medium length. But there're cheaper options - Neighbourhood salons. They may charge 'bout S$150-S$180 for longer hair. (That's the price I got! S$150 for long hair!) But their results may not be as good sometimes. Anyway, it depends on how well your hair absorbs the 'chemicals' and if the brand of product used is good. And a tip to you: there will be one part when the Hairdresser apply some kind of cream onto your hair. When he or she tells you not to move, do as told! And you better stay as stiff and still as you can. Or you'll spoil it all. |
