| THE MASCARA Need help with your mascara? Well I'm no expert but I do have some experience... Mascaras help to enhance your eyes, making them look more bright and beautiful. But you'll have to apply them correctly to get that effect. Don't forget, the eyes are the most crucial part of the make-up routine. Personnally, application of the mascara is the hardest for me, and the easiest to make mistakes, compared to eyeshadows and liners. Because I have short lashes, I have to do more work. 1) Always crimp your upper lashes first before application. The force you apply must not be too harsh, or you'll spoil your lashes. - crimp the innermost portion (nearest to your eye) first, about 3 times, - then, the center portion, - lastly, somewhere near the tip. This will make your lashes look naturally curled. 2) Remove any visible clumps from the brush, with a piece of tissue. Apply your mascara using the upward motion onto your upper lashes. 3) (Optional) Swipe your mascara brush using the zigzag motion onto your bottom lashes. 4) Use a mascara comb to seperate lashes. * If you like, you can apply a second coat to give more volume. |
