Sasha is the Captain of the Starship Phoenix (which, as she puts it, "is the pride of the Galactic Fleet") and the daughter of the Galactic President (though she seems to enjoy keeping that fact to herself and presenting a more formal than familial image). She's fairly independent and confident in her self and her crew, though she does worry about her dad. And Ratchet. She flirts with Ratchet, too. Terribly so (I wouldn't be surprised if she thought him cute from Secret Agent Clank. Her dad's a fan; I'm sure she's seen a few episodes). He flirts back, of course, albeit awkwardly.

And for future reference, Sasha isn't a lombax. She's a Cazar, as is her father.

Psst...don't tell anyone I told you this, but rumor has it she's also scared of Tyhrranoids. ;P
