The Galactic President is your typical politician: a bit cowardly, a bit wishy-washy, but still acting sure he'll be reelected. He's a big, lion-ish guy, but don't be fooled; he's more of an overgrown kitten. Unless, of course, you happen to be a certain lombax that his daughter has a certain affinity for. Even then, he's still not terribly threatening. Ratchet's just nervous about making a good impression. You know how it is. ^_^
