Mr. AF (who has a name far too long to type out) is the head CEO of Megacorp. in the Bogon galaxy. He's a very bright man who likes to use big words, though we don't see the real him until the end of Going Commando. Captain Qwark does a very poor job of impersonating him, always using the wrong word at the wrong time.

Not much is known about him, but, from Angela's way of speaking, it's assumed he's a kind old grandfather-sort of man, like a wisened sage.
