Just put up a few eye relaxing pictures, a radio/tape player, add some live/fake plants, burn scented candles; even turn on the water softly to add that special touch. Any thing that will help you to achieve a state of another world.

                          



By now, you probably realize that the idea of "Finding Some Time" is required to unburden those thoughts. The Amount of time depends on the need to unwind. If you spend 10,20,30 minutes to an hour; one, two, or more days a week and the results help to clear your thoughts, organize your time, and makes you smile, then you have gained, not lost time!
