| PA News and recent Developments |
| (11 december 2001) After a period of living the easy live, because we had a Legion banner, came the the 'busy' period. Legion declared war on WPO/Ni and other big alliances like Fury and Elysium started wars. After 2 days that the war had begun, my galaxy got heavily attacked by WPO and lost alot of roids and score. More attacks followed and we even got attacked by some n00bs from D/A and Lords. We repelled the last attack with some trouble, we couldn't handel the other attacks very well. After this we noticed that Legion defends only his own members, so I got a bit pissed off. Another problem is that more and more galmembers became inactive and were not able to attack late at night. Some are quite young and aren't allowed to stay up late and offcourse we all have to think about our school. For my galaxy is this round over, it was fun while it lasted. I think I'll play next round too, probably in the galaxy of my good PA-friend chickenbob. |

| (15 january 2002) The round is currently over and the havoc period has begun, I stopped playing untill the new round it starting. I have decided to get in chickenbob his galaxy and I'm currently doing absolutly nothing galaxy related stuff (a good change, after being a GC and HC for a while). Also have I decided to quit Insomnia and join a new big alliance called TPT, lets see what they can do this round. A little while ago came the announcement from the Planetarion crew that some changes were going to be made: 4 unique races with different playing styles to choose from, alot of new ships, including the return of some 'stealing-ships', a new universe structure and free accounts to make the universe bigger and some other stuff. | (8 febuary 2002) Yeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaa, round 6 of Planetarion has started today at 17.00 CET. It already has started bad for me: I waited to long to init my roids, so I lost 1 tick of resources and by that the complete tick. But what the hell, I'll make it up later in the round. We finally got a got plan for the first 72 hours, this means that I have to get up alot of times at night. My parents don' like it, so I'l try not to wake them then (mum, dad, if you read this: sorry :o). Oh well, if you want to be big you have to skip a little sleep............ The new portal is also launched some days ago looks great, only it it reads a bit difficult, due to the small window in which the text has been written. See for yourself: PA-Portal |

| (14 may 2002) Erm........yes it has been a while since I wrote here. PA hasn't been a first priority the last period. Round 6 is already over and it was kinda funny, although I was a bit inactive this round. Round 7 is about to start the 20th of may, I'm in a gal with Darkangel/Chickenbob and Voodoo again, that might be fun :). This round has been dominated by big powerblocks, there were some big battles and alot of backstabbing and chances in politics. It was funny to watch, although it caused some problems fro my galaxy. Speaking of my galaxy, we started good, got even better, got in the top200 and then dropped very fast. We had some internal troubles, people got real-life problems, which made alot of us inactive. That was our downfall, which was a shame, we had a very good cluster and we able to be very big. I hope this round will work out better. The biggest problem is that I still haven't got an internet connection on my room, I need to be able to be more online during the evening and night. |
| (8 august 2002) Round 7 is almost over now, FLTV (Fury, Legion, Virus, ToT and some others) has won this round. They dominate the top50, only 1 or r NEWX galaxies left. The game is becomming boring again. Next round look promising, we r going random again!! A galaxy wil probably consist of 8 paying and 8 non-paying players. This will hopefully kill the powerblocks and bring back a bit more fun in the game. My gal has currently a FLTV-tag and we are rank 217 or something. |

| (12 september 2002) The sign-ups for r8 have been opened today, it will be PA's last round. They are having money troubles and can't afford to keep the game running :(. So this will be the last round I'll be able to play. I'm currently in a new alliance, called 'Flash'. It has alot of old Insomnia members in it and other friends. Galaxies r now gonna contain 10 players and clusters are gonna contain 10 galaxies (so I heard). There won't be any free-accounts, so it will be a universe full of experienced players who want to win. Let the fun begin!!! |
